      If you’re new to our community, or have not had a chance to meet some of your neighbors, there is no better way to do so, than to get involved with your homeowners association. 

      Making friends is easier when you live in close proximity and see each other on a regular basis. Attending meetings, discussing issues and planning events together will bring you closer to your community and make you feel right at home almost immediately.

      FAQs

      You can become a member by signing up on tuesday morning at 9:30 in the card room or at any of our meetings. The Fee is only $ 5 per year

      Our regular meetings are usually held the last Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm in our clubhouse auditorium. Come join us to hear updates that surround our community, news from management, and express your thoughts or concerns. We will work together to resolve what is in our control.

      Membership is $5.00 annually to be part of our association.

      ALL HOA Documents are easily accessible and can be viewed by any member in good standing by contacting our Recording Secretary or by checking out the HOA Binder which is located in the clubhouse by the Restrooms.

      The Grille

       

      The Grille is the Spanish Lakes Fairways community only on site dining option! Run entirely by resident volunteers!

      Currently The Grille is open Tues, Wed, and Thursdays 11:30-1pm. It could be open more if others volunteered.
